Cabin and Campsite Rentals

Cabins must be booked for a two-night minimum and can be booked all nights of the week.

A cabin rental is $200 (plus tax) per night and can accommodate up to 10 people in your household.

Cabin rentals include:

• Simple camp cabin rental with five bunk beds (capacity of 10) with shelving, bench seat, electricity, lights, and a small fan.
• Access to a shared designated washroom and shower facility. Each family will have access to two cabin-specified toilet stalls and two shower stalls.
• Picnic table at your cabin as well as an assigned campfire pit (campfires will be allowed depending on fire rating found here)
• Box of program supplies per cabin and list of self-led programs available (disc golf, orienteering, hiking, fishing and more!)
• Swim areas can be used unsupervised and at your own risk throughout the day (does not include Main Swim Dock)
• Washrooms will be cleaned and disinfected twice a day at a minimum.
• Water jug and washbasin to be filled at the specified washrooms where potable and hot water is available at all times.
• Garbage pick up after dinner.

Cabin Rental does not include:

• Access to any other buildings on-site besides assigned cabin/cottage and washroom.
• No bedding or toiletries will be available. Hand soap and toilet paper will be provided in all washrooms.
• No food will be provided. All families will need to come with a camping stove, bbq or way to cook, serve and clean all meals. All food must be NUT FREE.
• No pets, drugs or alcohol will be permitted in this program.
• Interaction with other groups. Of course, we may cross paths with other families or camp programs but we will all need to respect safe distance protocols and only be in programs areas that you have booked or have been assigned and travel in your cabin or ‘bubble’ groups.

Other programs or rentals that could be added to your program:

• All items from our Outdoor Pursuits Program (rental of tents, canoes, etc for self-supervised canoe trips on our back lakes)
• canoeing and archery programs
• Use of an additional cabin during your stay. We have spread out the cabins and left a cabin in close proximity open for just this reason.

Situated on beautiful Clear Lake, come stay in our Director's cabin located in the heart of camp.

Cottage Rental includes:

• Four bedrooms - Two rooms with a bunk bed, one room with two single beds and one room with a double bed. (capacity of 8)
• Living room with small Satellite TV, couch, kitchen table and full galley kitchen
• Private washroom
• An assigned campfire pit located outside of the cottage (please refer to all local fire restrictions)
• Pine Crest Trail Pass
• Garbage pick up

Other programs or items that can be added to your rental:

• Food Package ($15/meal)
• Equipment Rentals

If your household needs to spread out, book an extra cabin! We have assigned a second cabin beside every available cabin

The add-on cabin can only be applied to Traditional Cabin Rental.

A group can still not exceed 10 people even if they purchase this additional cabin.

• Food Package ($15/meal)
• 1.5 Hour Camp Program (includes axe throwing. snowshoeing, tobogganing, etc.)*
• Winter Equipment Rentals
• Private Ski Lessons
• Guided Snowshoe Trek
